Yes. Scalable vector formats (SVG, EPS, vector PDF) can be enlarged to building-scale billboards or etched onto small merchandise pins without any loss in clarity or pixelation.
Will I receive transparent-background files?
Yes. Every package includes high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds in full color, solid black, and reversed white, so you can place your logo seamlessly over photos, dark backgrounds, or website headers.
What is a vector file and why is it essential?
A vector file mathematically describes points, curves, and shapes rather than fixed pixels (dots). Commercial printers, sign makers, embroiderers, and laser engravers strictly require true vector files.
How many revisions are included?
Signature includes 2 consolidated revision rounds; Premium Brand Identity includes 3 rounds; Executive includes 3 rounds with expanded exploration. Consolidated revision rounds allow you to gather team feedback methodically.
What happens if I need another design direction?
Additional concept directions can be commissioned as an add-on ($249) before milestone approval.
Who owns the final artwork?
Upon full payment, agreed commercial usage rights and ownership of the approved final logo design transfer to your business as specified in your client agreement. This covers the final approved artwork. Preliminary sketches, unselected concepts, fonts, tools, and underlying creative materials remain with Star Quality Marketing unless separately licensed in writing. For franchises, multi-location businesses, or merchandise brands, ask about our Enterprise Brand Identity & Commercial Licensing option.
How long does the process take?
Signature and Premium packages typically take 2 to 3 weeks from creative discovery to final asset delivery. Timelines are confirmed during kickoff.
